Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For pre-booked services paid online via Stripe, a discount may be applied as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is confirmed. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
Done-Well Cleaning Limited is fully insured with Hiscox for public liability and employer's liability. In the rare event of accidental damage occurring during the provision of our cleaning services, we will manage the claims process and cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. Claims must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of the service date.
We will notify you as soon as practicable if we anticipate arriving late to a scheduled appointment. Where a delay exceeds 15 minutes due to circumstances within our control (excluding exceptional traffic, severe weather, or other force majeure events), we will offer you either a discount on the affected service or the option to reschedule at a time of your convenience, at no additional charge.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of completion and we will return to remedy the issue free of charge. This guarantee does not apply where dissatisfaction arises from pre-existing conditions, client-supplied products, or areas excluded from the agreed scope of work.
